Vergleiche
Konventionelle Tiefgarage vs. Parksystem
Folgend möchten wir einige Vergleiche zwischen konventionellen Tiefgaragen und Parklösungen mit unseren Autoparksystemen anstellen und die Unterschiede in Bezug auf Flächen- und Volumenverbrauch sowie Materialeinsatz, Energieaufwand, Emissionen und Kosten aufzeigen.
Verglichen werden zwei Lösungsansätze (konventionell und mit Parksystemen) mit denselben bzw. ähnlichen Bedingungen und Voraussetzungen. Wir gehen von einer vorhandenen Grundstücksgrösse aus und mit derselben Anzahl an Parkplätzen die generiert werden können.
Auf diesen Anforderungen basierend entwerfen wir für beide Systeme jeweils einen optimalen Entwurf der es uns ermöglicht beide zu vergleichen. Als Basis für den Vergleich gehen wir von einem fiktiven Grundstück für ein Mehrfamilienhaus von ca. 33 m Länge und 19 m Breite aus. Die gesamte Baufläche beträgt etwa 640 m2.
Die konventionelle Tiefgarage hat zwar dieselbe Fläche, es muss aber eine zweite Ebene mit einer zweiten Rampe geschaffen werden, um dieselbe Anzahl Parkplätze zu schaffen.
Im Allgemeinen ist das Volumen der konventionellen Tiefgarage deutlich grösser gegenüber der Lösung mit Parksystemen.
Die erste Ebene ist 3,3 m tief und jede weitere Ebene nochmals 2,4 m. Die erste Ebene einer Tiefgarage muss mindestens 3,3 m tief unter der Erde sein, um ausreichend Platz für technische Installationen wie Lüftungssysteme, Feuerlöschanlagen und Stauraum für andere mögliche Einrichtungen zu bieten. Diese Systeme sind notwendig, um die Sicherheit und Funktionalität der Tiefgarage zu gewährleisten.
*Basis für alle Abmessungen sind die Empfehlungen für Anlagen des ruhenden Verkehrs 2023 (EAR 23) der Forschungsgesellschaft für Straßen- und Verkehrswesen (FGSV).
